Inspection Comments |
-Facility got a shipment in this morning, so there were a few utensil and food boxes on the ground. These were being put away during the inspection. Please store food at least 6 in off the floor as soon as possible after deliveries. -There were wash rags in the sink. Employee says that that sink drain lets water through. Manager says that the sink drain is fine, and removed wash rag. Inspector did not witness water line go down during inspection. Please to not plug drains with towels if the drain works. -Inspector witnessed very good hand washing and glove usage at this facility. Good job! |
